Haji Zainie Abdul Aucasa

Haji Zainie Abdul Aucasa, a Malaysian aged 53, is the Executive Director of Suria’s subsidiary company, Suria Bumiria Sdn Bhd. Prior to this, he had been the Group Financial Controller and General Manager of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad.

He is a registered member of the Association of Certified Accountants, Malaysia (CA), a fellow member of the Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (FCCA), member of the Malaysian Institute of Accounts (MIA). He is also a founding member of the Sabah Society of Association of Certified Accountants.

Prior to joining Suria, Haji Zainie was with Sabah Development Bank Berhad (SDB) as the Group Senior Manager (Corporate) and subsequently as the Deputy General Manager (Corporate).  While there, he was primarily involved in the restructuring of SDB and Sabah Bank Berhad (now known as Alliance Bank Berhad) in preparation for the listing of Suria Capital on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) in 1996.
