Junita Tajul Ariffin has more than 15 years experience in the field of Human Resources. She brings with her a wealth of experience gained from Government linked Companies and Multi Nationals as British Petroleum, MABUCHI Motor Berhad, Faber Medi Serve ( Faber Group Berhad), UEM World Berhad and Proton Berhad. She has under her belt, an MBA from Universiti Teknologi MARA and first degree in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She is also an accreditated facilitator for world class programme such as “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” created by Dr. Franklin Covey. Her last position at Proton was as the Manager, Learning and Development Centre, based as its Headquaters in Shah Alam. As Head of Group Human Resources, Junita is entrusted to enhance Human Capital at Suria Group.
