Mohd Hanan Bin Ramli
Group Company Secretary/Legal Advisor

En. Mohd Hanan bin Ramli, aged 54, is the Group Company Secretary/Legal Advisor. He joined Suria Capital in January 1997 as the Senior Manager (Administration) cum the Company Secretary.

He holds LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of London and is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Borneo in 1983. He also holds a Diploma in Public Administration from MARA Institute of Technology (now known as UiTM). He had served the State Civil Service for about 20 years working in various capacities. His last post with the government service prior to his secondment to Suria Capital in April 1996 was as the Deputy Director of the State’s Public Service Department.
